Flex Wheeler recently shared a story on his Instagram from Foued Zaater. In the post, Foued Zaater proudly showed off his strong muscles, and he stated “Success in bodybuilding and life begins with the right mindset. Prepare your mind, and the body will follow. In the world of bodybuilding and self-growth, the power of the mind is often underestimated. Success in both these arenas begins with the right mindset.”

According to Foued in bodybuilding, it’s not just about lifting weights and building a muscular body. It’s about overcoming doubts, fears, and limitations to which he added, “Your body can only go as far as your mind is willing to take it.
