On this note, let’s learn the benefits of exercising barefoot in the gym. Lifting barefoot can help you strengthen your feet. Our feet have a total of 26 bones and more than 30 joints, and lifting barefoot can increase your stability, balance, and mobility. This can increase up to 57% of your foot strength.

Lifting barefoot can also increase your ankle stability and improve your agility. The major benefit of barefoot lifting is improved proprioception, which is our ability to detect and adjust our body in space. Apart from praising the five-time Mr. Olympia’s new trend, Cutler has always shown faith in him. Earlier, after Bmstead’s fifth victory the legend predicted his victory.
