The world’s leading trade show for fitness, wellness, and health, FIBO 2024, just ended. Many from the bodybuilding industry, like four-time Mr. Olympia Jay Cutler, seven-time Mr. Olympia Phil Heath, the current Arnold Classic champion Wesley Vissers, the current Mr. Olympia title holder Derek Lunsford, and many others were present at the event. After spending time at FIBO, Lunsford returned home and gave his fans a sneak peek at his physique.

The 2023 Mr. Olympia champion took to his Instagram and posted a video of himself flexing his immense gains. He was with the Pro Creator, Hany Rambod getting ready for his next show.

The 2023 Mr. Olympia is training for the Pittsburgh Pro Show 2024

In the video, the 2023 Mr. Olympia did the most muscular pose, displaying his behemoth physique. His enormous biceps and quads stole the show, with the striations and separation lines on his chest and lower body easily noticeable. Lunsford’s conditioning and muscle definition seemed to the point. 

While the current Mr. Olympia champion did his pose, his mentor, Rambod, came in and made a few adjustments. The 2023 Mr. Olympia winner is training for the Pittsburgh Pro Show 2024, scheduled for May 10.

He captioned the post, “Back in the states 🇺🇸 after a great weekend @fiboofficial 🇩🇪 Ready to crank it up another notch. @npcifbbpropittsburgh is just a few weeks away.” Lunsford will be a guest poser at the show. However, he will not be the only athlete to grace the occasion. Pro bodybuilders like former Arnold Classic Champion Samson Dauda, Nick Walker, Hunter Labrada, Big Ramy, and Andrew Jacked are also going to pose down at the show.

After getting a glimpse of Lunsford’s posing fans went into a frenzy and showered their immense love for the bodybuilder in the comments.

One follower commented on the physique of the Mr. Olympia winner and the lighting making him look perfect and wrote, “Beast and great lighting.” Another highlighted the immense size of Lunsford’s legs and commented, “Those legs are just insane Looking huge.” An Instagram user gave the Pro bodybuilder a new title, “KING LUNSFORD.”

One fan expressed his views and highlighted how the 2023 Mr. Olympia champion is all set for his upcoming show and commented, “Already looking ready.” Another fan commented on Lunsford’s massive chest and wrote, “get that chest separations and show em’ how it’s done brother.” A bodybuilding enthusiast predicted Lunsford’s victory and wrote, “Heck yea brother look awesome Keep up the hard work ma’am cause you’ll be number one again.”
