Bodybuilding World Reacts as 245 Lbs ‘Neckzilla’ Starts Coaching Under Francisco Espin

Rubiel Mosquera, aka Neckzilla, is a rising star in the bodybuilding realm. Mosquera is bringing back the mass monster era in modern-day bodybuilding. Neckzilla is known for his 20-inch neck. He often faces criticism over his out-of-proportion physique from fans. But this time, things might change.
The famous Instagram page “bisandtris” recently posted a major update about Mosquera going to train under a new coach. He will be training under Francisco Espin for the remainder of the year. Neckzilla also shared the update on his official Instagram account. According to Espin’s Instagram bio, he has 46 IFBB Pro wins and Olympia qualifications under his belt. Espin’s recent Olympia qualification is Angel Calderon, who secured third place at the 212 Mr. Olympia 2023.

Mosquera expressed joy over the major change via an Instagram caption, “I am very happy to accept this new challenge. I will give more than my 100% in this new project very happy to start preparation with the Professor @francisco_jose_espin thanks 🇨🇴.” This is the only major update this year from the 245-pound mass monster. In the post, they are seen spending time together, even after gym hours.
Moreover, there was a clip from Neckzilla’s back workout. He did a few reps of back rowing, and Epsin was there to fix the form of the mass monster and bring out the optimal benefits. The Colombian bodybuilder started training with his new coach and the 212 Mr. Olympia third-place holder, Calderon for his new ventures.

Mosquera recently posted a gruesome and soul-crushing arm workout video. Both the disciples of Coach Espin posed down together and flexed their immense gains in the most muscular pose. The Colombian coach used his techniques to give them an optimal workout. This is the only major update shared by Neckzilla, and whether he’ll be competing or not is still a mystery. Mosquera hasn’t made any statements about his next stage appearance. His fans had mixed reactions to his decision to switch coaches.
Fans expect the duo to achieve new heights
A fan highlighted that both coach Espin and Mosquera speak the same language, making things easy for them, and wrote, “Perfect for him they talk the same language.” Another bodybuilding enthusiast suggested Neckzilla should work on his proportion and commented, “I would suggest working on balance and no more neck exercises.”

An Instagram user shed light on the fact that coach Epsin is a great coach to train under and wrote, “Amazing move and the coach Francisco is really amazing coach his athletes thay are great and because fore the language is same will be perfect.” A fan was confused about the mass monster’s coach and said, “Thought he was workin wit @_c3tv.” A fan simply indicated his best wishes for the Colombian bodybuilder and commented, “Let’s go CHAMP!“
