Distinguishing Vladimir from other fitness personalities is his humorous alter ego. By dressing up as an elderly man or a janitor, the prankster accomplishes astonishing feats of strength, simultaneously surprising and entertaining gym visitors. For a change of taste, the Ukrainian powerlifter chose to reveal a childhood picture from his village. Along with the images, he included a caption: “Don’t give a d*mn about everyone who doesn’t believe in you. You have goals. You have a mission.”

Vladimir Shmondenko was born on August 10, 1999, at a cattle farm close to the small village of Krishtopovka. In 2016, he uncovered his enthusiasm for weightlifting. This spark ignited when the village obtained internet access, and he was captivated by American bodybuilder videos. Although he had limited resources, young Vladimir resourcefully built his gym using wood, bricks, and Soviet-era tractor parts.
