The trainer highlighted the unrealistic standards set by some actors in Hollywood, citing examples like the movie “300” where the physiques portrayed were far from natural. Saladino unveils the illusion created by lighting, makeup, and camera angles. “Look at the movie 300—it was total BS. They wouldn’t stand a chance in a natural physique competition.” “Sometimes the actors I think go a little overboard,” he asserted. He emphasized the importance of honesty, especially for the impressionable young fans who might idolize these celebrities.

Kenny Koo claims Ritchson is not Natty

Fitness enthusiast Kenneth Boulet, aka Kenny Koo, doubts Alan Ritchson’s claim of getting super-jacked without external help. Ritchson said he gained 30 pounds in eight months by working out at home. But Koo didn’t believe his claims. Instead, he thinks Ritchson might be using performance-enhancing drugs to help him, “Bro, you’re just not natty,” Koo remarked.

Ritchson says he only started using testosterone after the first season. But Koo isn’t convinced. ” No, I’m not a doctor, but I don’t think you beat the testosterone out of yourself… So, he says he didn’t take testosterone until after. This is the worst of the fake natty,” said Koo. Despite Ritchson admitting to using testosterone, Koo isn’t convinced he’s telling the whole truth.

Both fitness experts advocated for transparency and responsibility, urging celebrities like Allan Ritchson to “own it” rather than perpetuate unrealistic expectations.
