The five-time reigning Classic Physique champion needed some time away from the sport, but the dad-to-be has now started his journey to prepare for the upcoming Olympia. In fact, CBum is already in the zone, looking to take his division-dominating physique to a new level, and the fans are excited.

The Canadian bodybuilding star has spoken about the champion mindset more than once in the last few months. However, Chris Bumstead gave a glimpse of how he manifests that mindset through a combination of visualization and intense training in the gym. Despite winning five Classic Physique Olympia titles, CBum looked in the mirror and spoke about his hunger for more.

“What if I can look in the mirror being fully proud of who I am and what I’ve accomplished, while also seeing the potential to dig deeper than ever before,” wrote Chris Bumstead. The first picture of the set of photos captured his emotions perfectly as the champion stared at his reflection in the mirror.

The five-time champion’s mindset reflects that of Arnold Schwarzenegger. The Austrian Oak ruled the Golden Era of bodybuilding and most fans see Chris Bumstead as a modern-day Arnold Schwarzenegger. During his prime, Schwarzenegger confessed to similarly looking at the mirror and never being satisfied.

Every time the Austrian Oak looked, he found something he could improve. Chris Bumstead is doing is same. While the reigning champion is proud of his accomplishments, he is not ready to hang up the gloves just yet. The fans think that with his mindset, the champion’s sixth title is all but confirmed.
