Chris Hemsworth has been training since he was a teenager and is known to have one of the most aesthetic physiques in Hollywood. Being a fitness enthusiast for a long time, he is aware of the fact that not everyone can afford the luxury of hiring a personal trainer. To make life a little simpler for his fans, he created a fitness app called ‘Centr’ in 2019.

Also called Centrfit, the app has helped several fitness enthusiasts to achieve their goals. With its success, Centr is now worth $200 million, and here’s how it brought smiles to thousands of children in 2023.

Centr recently took to their official Instagram account and shared a video summarising their 2023, showcasing all the workshops and activities performed by them. With an average of 300 million active minutes, they have earned enough capital to change the lives of 37500 children and Hemsworth is filled with joy. He showcased this by sharing Centr’s video on his Instagram story as well.

In the video, thanking the followers, Centr wrote, “Your moves have paved the way for positive change that spans a lifetime.” They also went on to express their gratitude in the caption stating how every minute spent by the followers on the app, has helped in helping change the lives of underprivileged kids. They further added, “Every minute you spent with Centr built teams, fostered dreams, and provided thousands of equipment donations to kids in need through our partner @goodsportsinc.”

After Chris Hemsworth got to know about the risk of having Alzheimer’s, he made drastic changes in his lifestyle. He now meditates every day to have “more solitude” in his life. He even takes sauna and ice baths often to make sure that he has a good night’s sleep, keeping all the digital gadgets away from bed.

He said, “It was a good kick in the a*se and a reminder to do whatever is in my power to give myself the best fighting chance. Whatever work I’m doing for my brain health benefits the rest of my body, we turned it into a positive.”
