Arnold Schwarzenegger’s elder daughter, Katherine Schwarzenegger had dated the Jurassic Park star Chris Pratt for quite some time before they tied the knot. On their first meeting, Chris Pratt invited Arnold Schwarzenegger to hit the gym together for a session, and this was all it took to impress The Austrian Oak.

Well, after hitting the gym together, Arnie was also very impressed at his workout skills, specifically mentioning the incline press Pratt engaged in. Now, however, the Jurassic Park Star has come out with a workout regime that some might consider a little bizarre.

Chris Pratt showcases a hilarious workout

Chris Pratt recently took to his official Instagram account, @prattprattpratt, and shared a very funny video of himself, claiming it to be his best workout. He begins the video by saying, “I’m going to show you some of my workout just to kind of get you pumped up for DEF Reset. You can see the kind of stuff that I got to do.”

He shared a hilarious video, where he worked out like a snail. It seemed like Pratt was in full-on jest mode, doing his exercises at a slow pace and enjoying the moments in between. He began his session with a bit of stretching and then went about attempting slow kicks while dancing around a punching bag. He added, “This is how Star-Lord gets it done,” referring to the Marvel character he played.
