He made every possible effort to deal with the severity of the injury and heal before the contest, but, unfortunately, he couldn’t recover in time to take part in the event, which devastated him.

Walker recently shared an update with his fans about the injury and the steps he’s taking to get better physically and mentally. In a video on YouTube, he talked about the time leading to the incident and the efforts he made to recover before the event. Eventually, he announced that he wouldn’t be taking part in participating this year through Mr. Olympia’s official Instagram Page.

Besides the Mutant is dealing with emotional and mental distress, and he is struggling to walk properly. However, while talking about his routine, he mentioned his injury and shed light on a partial tear in his hamstring and a knot in his other calf. This has made it hard for him to flex his legs.

In this latest video, he began discussing his daily routine. Walker is unable to perform any intense workout session, but he has been doing cardio sessions.” We’re still pushing uh we’re still doing what needs to be done cardio uh like I said i’ I’m able to function on the elliptical.”
