The bodybuilding world is amazed to see the progress of Slovakian bodybuilder who gained massive support from sports fanatics. In July, Krizo switched from the IFBB Elite Pro League to NPC to become an Olympia champion. He promptly obtained his Pro Card at the Amateur Olympia, Italy.

Subsequently, in his debut competition, the EVLS Prague Pro, he emerged victorious, securing his spot in Mr. Olympia. Michal Krizo Krizanek impressed judges and fans by placing 12th in his debut at Mr. Olympia 2022, and he’s now preparing for the ultimate championship, Mr. Olympia 2023. The 291 lbs fitness icon stunned the world with his recent updates on social media.

Krizanek’s remarkable competition record

The online bodybuilding community is always vocal about their ideal physique. The Slovakian bodybuilding icon shared a short video on his YouTube channel showing off his monstrous arms while working out and titled it, “Arms bigger than your head.” Many have compared his massive biceps and triceps to their bodies.

During his time with the IFBB Elite Pro, Krizanek had an amazing track record. He won 13 out of 14 competitions he entered, which included four Arnold Classic Europe titles and one Arnold Classic Africa title as part of the Elite Pro organization. He made a courageous decision to skip the 2023 Arnold Classic because he felt he needed some time off from intense training.

Instead of delving into acute training, he inclined more to daily workout routines. His training techniques and methods completely worked out for him.
