Arnold Schwarzenegger launched a fitness newsletter, Arnold’s Pump Club, earlier known as Pump Daily, on Jan 1, 2023. Shortly after launch, the 75-year-old took to social media to promote his newsletter through fan interactions. As a result, just 103 days later, the Kindergarten Cop actor shared that Arnold’s Pump Club had surpassed the 300,000 subscribers mark. Despite the experts telling Schwarzenegger and his team they’d “need to learn how to advertise to grow. We haven’t spent a dime!” shared the $450 million worth of bodybuilding icon after achieving this feat on his social media.

Now, a mere month after the announcement, the Governator’s daily newsletter has reached another milestone. Earlier, one of Arnire’s team members, Daniel Ketchell, shared a screenshot of the stats on Twitter. Shortly afterward, Schwarzenegger retweeted it with a caption of his own.

The incredible growth of fitness icon’s village
The Terminator actor started his newsletter to inspire people to incorporate fitness into their lives. Despite the increasing pace of people’s daily lives, Schwarzenegger believes that, with guidance, individuals can find time for fitness. In early April, the bodybuilding icon revealed his “village” had 310,000 members.

Yesterday, Ketchell revealed that they’ve gained over 100,000 subscribers within a month since the announcement. “This is where we are with #ArnoldsPumpClub. We haven’t done any paid acquisition (yet) and the first daily email went on on Jan 1,” wrote Ketchell. The screenshot showed total subscribers at “413K” and an “Avg Opening Rate,” of “68.56%.”

Daniel Ketchell further disclosed that the numbers he tweeted were only for the email version of Arnold’s Pump Club. “This doesn’t count the podcast version,” he stated. In early April, Schwarzenegger launched the AI-powered podcast version of his daily news newsletter for those who didn’t find time to read emails.

Arnold Schwarzenegger has lofty goals
While Arnold Schwarzenegger posts about the success of his fitness crusade, his goal is to help as many people as he can with their fitness dreams. The seven-time Mr. Olympia started the newsletter because he was worried about the rising obesity rates and falling average fitness levels. Hence Arnie’s immediate goal is to reach a million people with his message of positivity.

Arnie and his team are also working on a fitness app. While the app will have a paid subscription, the actor with a net worth of$450 million won’t be reaping profits. In fact, the subscription service will only recuperate the cost of running the app.
