For example, 7-time Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman, in his early career, famously consumed pizzas almost exclusively for nearly two years while working at a global food chain in the 1980s.

The legendary bodybuilder recently shared a nostalgic video of his visit to South Korea on his YouTube channel. In the video, he recounted his experiences and expressed how it felt like it was just yesterday. The video provided glimpses of his winning era and showcased his worldwide following. Fans were astonished to see him pose for them and even participate in Korean traditions.

The most memorable part of Ronnie Coleman’s reaction video was when he relished one of his all-time favorite cheat day meals – pancakes. With a heartfelt smile, he fondly recalled, “Good old food good old pancake one of my favorite meals of the day…”, he further added to his statement by saying, “and 305 was a lightweight for me because my heavy was almost 3 30.”

The 7-times Mr. Olympia also mentioned having a vitamin selection. According to the mass monster, he did not go anywhere without his vitamin pills he takes them with him on every tour. He said, “So I’m not that big You can see my lightweight vitamin selection that I took everywhere I went and never left home without them”. Despite having a cheat day meal, he still prefers not to go lazy on himself when it comes to maintaining his health.

The King’s commitment to his diet

In an old conversation with Mr. Olympia runner-up 2022, Derek Lunsford, the Louisana-born, confessed on his diet before bodybuilding, that he used to eat pizzas for every other meal. Now, he hasn’t eaten a pizza since 2007. His determination and strict diet are a symbol of his champion aura.
