Ronnie Coleman unaware of a compliment by friend

Ronnie Coleman recently took to his official Instagram account @ronniecoleman8 and shared a snippet from his shoulder workout regime. In the video, he was seen  performing a set of lateral raises wearing a bi-colored outfit of blue and white. In the caption, he explained how one of his friends complimented him, but he did not quite understand what it meant.

He wrote, My friend Billy told me I was cleaner than the Clap Doctor when I walked into the gym today. I really didn’t understand what that meant and I didn’t want to embarrass myself or him so I just said thanks.” To this Ronnie Coleman seeked a little help from his followers to understand what that meant.
