Legendary bodybuilder teases Hart for his injury

In a video post, the father of four admitted that it all started with a bet, where he and former New England Patriots Stevan Ridley decided to race in a 40-yard dash. “We got out there, and we go run the 40-yard dash. Guys, I blew all my s**t”, said Kevin.

After Hart’s confession on social media, a former bodybuilder Phil Heath, commented on the post which was captioned, “I got to be the dumbest man alive!!!!!” Heath said, “Not that we need the video but we need that video Kev just as a reminder for us over 40 cats 😂”. Striking more as a fun jab than a sympathetic one, the bodybuilder’s reply to his post explains that nobody needs a video of how it happened. However, it would serve well as a reminder for those who are over 40 and still want to do an activity that may cause serious injuries.
