The bodybuilding enthusiast explained how many people are too obsessed with crafting a perfect morning routine. The second part of the Liver King’s fitness regimen involves more push-ups. He instructed his followers to perform them around lunchtime. Finally, the third part of Johnson’s plan includes farmers walking heavy weights. The influencer instructed his followers to do them around dinner time. “Seriously… it’s the least you can do to earn that sh*t,” Brian Johnson wrote.
