While Wahlberg powered through his bad habits thanks to youth, now he eats a far cleaner, whole-food diet. The actor with a $450 million net worth has now broken down his insane diet on video.

Mark Wahlberg appeared on Men’s Heath to promote his film Arthur The King. Although his diet sounded healthy, fans of the action star couldn’t help but wonder two things. Most fans wondered how Wahlberg could eat so much and how expensive it sounded overall. So what does the bodybuilding enthusiast actually eat?
On the morning of the interview, Mark Wahlberg had five eggs (two hard-boiled and three scrambled), some pork chops, “wild smoked salmon, some Greek yogurt and berries… Then I had green juice,” said Marky Mark. Wahlberg said that he had all this at 8:00 in the morning. While that might sound substantial, his second meal came two hours after breakfast.

“I had chicken breast, chicken thigh, sweet potato, broccoli, a bowl of fruit, blueberry, blackberry, raspberry, strawberry,” said the actor. He finished the meal with some nuts. His third meal came at 2:00. Marky Mark had a relatively lighter meal containing salad and a couple of chicken breasts. The fitness icon also revealed what he would have for his fourth and final meal.
Mark Wahlberg had some steak and vegetables for the last meal of the day. The chiseled action star has an intense training schedule which starts at 4:00 am. Hence, his biggest meal is the first one. He also needs this high-protein diet to recover from training. However, fans still thought that only someone worth $450 million could afford such an excessive and expensive diet.

Wahlberg’s diet stuns fans
Fans expressed their disbelief at the amount and expense that goes into Marky Mark’s diet. “He eats my weekly wage in a day,” said one fan. “That’s my whole two-week paycheck… SMH,” revealed another fan in a similar comment. “After breakfast, I’d be done for the day,” wrote a fan who couldn’t fathom how Mark Wahlberg ate so much.

“Not gonna lie, I thought his breakfast list was the entire day list…” wrote one fan. “Tell you have a personal chef without telling me you have a personal chef,” wrote another, implying it would be impossible to cook such delectable dishes while going about your day.
