The 71 YO fitness influencer recently survived a horrific injury while she went cycling on the beach. She had no broken bones or fractures, just simple pains and she credits it all to her fitness regime every day. Now that she has finally recovered completely, she is all set to grace the stage with her presence once again. Taking to her unconventional journey, she shared a rather inspirational note that will surely help people to take a step towards their dream. She wrote, “POSING Practice! practice makes progress…”
Renee Landers thinks that perfection only drives you crazy, and it is better to just practice rather than aim for perfection. She is prepping for The Porter Classic this year and writes, “This will be my 8th competition in the past 2 years… of course, I’m nervous, but also, proud that I had the guts to step on stage at 69 years old. I’ve come a long way… Although I’m still a work in progress…”

Renee Landers, the 71 YO influential athlete, once shared all the emotions she felt when she was all set to compete for the first time in her life. She revealed that she went on to the dais after putting on a sparkly and skimpy bikini, but she was extremely scared and nervous the entire time.

However, despite all the negative flow of emotions, she bagged the 6th position among everyone and ever since then, there was no stopping her.
