“In my opinion, everybody should take creatine. I said it, everybody, from children to athletes to non-athletes to adults to retired folks to the elderly.” Substantiating his point, he added that creatine’s benefits are not just physical. According to him, it helps one in terms of  cognitive growth and longevity. It also prevents Alzheimer’s.

Although initially there were a lot of reports which stated that creatine causes water retention, and has kidney side effects, later research has suggested that the genuine side effects of creatine are close to none. So unless you do not have a condition that prevents you from having it, you must always consume creatine, says Lobliner.

Marc Lobliner pretty much has extensive knowledge in bodybuilding and that is often reflected in his content. He once even spoke about optimizing gains and shared what must be done to boost the process.

Marc Lobliner advises to not keep giving excuses

In one of his videos, where Marc Lobliner was seen using a Panatta machine for his biceps, he stated that his form was a bit loose as he was engaging in a heavy set. However, the bodybuilder focused on the fact that the Panatta machine gave the maximum level of contraction and stretch, which gives a pump in the back and arm muscles.

There was more to Lobliner’s advice. He shed light on how most people complain about equipment in the gym, rather than pulling out optimum exercises, undergoing progressive overload. He wrote, “You can optimise these gains of course, but most people can’t even be consistent and still worry about RIR, TUT, and other acronyms.” He stressed going beyond excuses and focusing entirely on lifting weights, the only way of progression according to him.

Well, given his extensive career in the sport, it is safe to say that Lobliner does indeed give out sound knowledge. What are your thoughts about his point of view? Let us know in the comments section below!
