The journey from being naturally athletic to entering into the supplements and PEDs is not a straightforward path. It’s filled with both physical and mental challenges, where individuals try to balance pushing their limits and staying healthy. Devin Bernardo explains the consequences of being on PEDs!

In this exclusive conversation, the 26-year-old opened up about the unexpected consequences of this transformation. When asked about the impact of performance-enhancing drugs (PEDs) on the body, Devin Bernardo didn’t sugarcoat it. He revealed, “My body responds to crap food way worse now. Being on PEDs, everything is exasperated.” It’s like the volume on life’s challenges got cranked up a notch.

Not just a fitness fanatic, Devin Bernardo also shared how his indulgences had taken a toll. He stated, “If I drink some alcohol, I get drunk faster. If I indulge in a bunch of junk food, I get way more bloated than I would if I was still rocking the natural vibe.” In addition, curious about whether age played a role, Nylenagya asked if these changes could be chalked up to the sands of time.

In response to that, he shared that when he started using performance-enhancing drugs (PEDs), his body’s reactions became like a supercharged engine. If he ate healthy, he noticed rapid and impressive results. However, indulging in junk food was a different story. It hit him hard with a bunch of adverse effects, like a speeding freight train. He also talked about how it affected his health. Cheese burgers don’t work out well!

Furthermore, when talking about health, Devin Bernardo emphasized the need for balance, especially when using PEDs. He highlighted the challenge of keeping the body’s internal checks in place. Imagine going all out with PEDs and then adding daily doses of McDonald’s; according to Bernardo, that’s a recipe for turning into what he humorously calls a “water buffalo.” Essentially, it means your body retains water and swells up significantly. So, he’s cautioning against such extremes, underlining the importance of a more measured and balanced approach.
