The Exercise Scientist poses with the young fitness freak

A few months ago, Israetel collaborated with the young and rising fitness icon Sam Sulek and posed with him. They did four striking poses, but the last one was Dr. Mike posing in his unique way, and it grabbed a lot of attention. They kicked off with the most muscular pose, flaunting enormous biceps and massive traps.
