52-Y.O. Jacked Mark Wahlberg Makes a Humble Confession About Training

Mark Wahlberg is not just a prominent figure in Hollywood; he also dominates the fitness world with his exceptionally well-maintained physique. Despite being 52 years old, he can still give a 20-year-old a run for his money with his physique. Wahlberg has been on a fitness journey for a while, and now he has made working out a part of his lifestyle. 

The actor of the famous movie franchise Transformers shared a short video on his official Instagram account and shared a confession about his training regime. He was seen doing various exercises with his gym partner. Wahlberg even pushed his gym partner to his limits. Let’s find out what confession the Ted actor made. 

Wahlberg did a gruesome workout while making this confession

In the video posted, the proud member of the 4 a.m. club was seen going through a rigorous workout session. The Transformers actor wrote the confession in the caption, “All the experience I have I’m still learning every day.” The actor highlighted all the new experiences he’s gaining with each passing day. He never backs down from learning new fitness techniques, and his chiropractor always comes up with new developments, often seen on his Instagram posts.

In this video, the 52-year-old went through a gruesome workout. He did incline chest presses in both unilateral and bilateral forms. The Ted actor then moved to the incline cable fly, continuing with the decline cable fly. He did a mixed workout and did machine calf raises along with the standing calf raises.
