Amidst a whirlwind of constant travel and the absence of a stable routine, Bumstead found himself navigating through life’s ups and downs. With a job that keeps him on the move and weekends spent in airports and hotels, it would be easy for him to succumb to feelings of stress and overwhelm. Yet, instead of dwelling on the negatives, the bodybuilding icon chooses to focus on the positives.

In a recent YouTube video, Cbum opened up about his mindset about having a hectic schedule that sometimes disturbs his routine. However, Bumstead embraces the unpredictability of life with open arms, recognizing it as a season filled with opportunities rather than obstacles. He acknowledges that routines can bring comfort, but he refuses to let their absence dampen his spirits.

Instead, he embraces the adventure, relishing every moment of his journey. “I would feel better in a routine, obviously. Everyone feels better in routine; just a fact. So, not being in it, being able to tell myself this, just the season of life. 28 years old, the f*ck*ng dopest life I could have ever imagined.”

Additionally, soon-to-be father expressed and said, “Genuinely so grateful that I get to travel, do all the f*ck*ng I do, and be able to pull out and have that perspective of gratitude rather than just like stress. It’s really helped me a lot.”  What sets Bumstead apart is his ability to find gratitude amid chaos.
