In a recent Instagram post that took the internet by storm, the 41-year-old athlete shared a mirror selfie taken in a gym. However, what caught people’s attention was his exceptional pumped-up physique, with his shoulders, biceps, and chest gains clearly visible. Approaching 42 years old and the superpower pumps still going strong. Let’s keep getting it”, he wrote in the caption. Chris Tremlett’s transformation from a lean cricketer to a muscular bodybuilder grabbed the attention of fans from both the fitness and cricketing communities.
