Johnson took to his Instagram and shared the effective approach. But before that Johnson admitted, “I should be bald,” reflecting on his genetic predisposition to hair loss that began plaguing him at the young age of 28. However, instead of resigning himself to fate, he’s taken matters into his own hands, experimenting with various hair preservation techniques.
Johnson’s regimen reportedly includes red light therapy, topical applications, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) treatments, microneedling, and oral minoxidil. While these methods may sound complex and expensive, he emphasizes that there’s one straightforward solution accessible to all: “You can just simple do one thing do one topical application of 5% minoxidil.”

He further explained the product and revealed, “It’s Rogaine That’s the one thing you can do.” Additionally, “It’s low-cost, easy to get access to and the best time to work on your hair is before you start losing it,” Johnson asserted. He also advocated for proactive hair care, urging individuals to start early before noticeable thinning occurs. “Get in front of it,” he advised, highlighting the psychological toll that hair loss can take. “It’s very stressful. I hear you, I feel you,” Johnson said.
