Marc Lobliner, the renowned bodybuilder and internet sensation, is hinting at an epic comeback! At 43, Lobliner seems ready to grace the classic physique division, and this announcement sent shockwaves through the fitness world.
But The Machine’s journey to this moment hasn’t been a walk in the park. Despite facing hurdles, he made a name for himself in bodybuilding. Lobliner emerged victorious, sculpting his dream life through unwavering dedication and perseverance throughout his career, taking part in events in the mid-2000s and winning his pro card in 2021.
Now, during a leg-day workout session, he made the thrilling announcement on his YouTube channel. In his own words, “My goal is to stay lean year-round, and if I ever do decide to compete again, it’ll be in classic.” After pushing through an intense set of exercises, he revealed his comeback plans to his followers.

Lobliner also shared an Instagram post showcasing his remarkable physique while performing classic bodybuilding poses. ” When a pro show I can do presents itself, I’ll jump in!” Lobliner wrote in the post. “I will need to learn how to pose better for Classic, and I have a plan for that – presentation is key!” he added.

Marc Lobliner’s key exercises for a perfect leg day session
After the announcement, Lobliner shared his plans to train four days a week, mainly on Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday. According to him, on off days, he likes to do hikes, and sprints and may add boxing back into his routine.

Moving on, Lobliner’s leg day routine is structured around a four-day split. He emphasizes leg workouts, starting with hamstrings and calves to warm up, then progressing to quads. The key exercises in his routine included seated leg curls, pendulum squats, and hack squats. Lobliner opts for knee sleeves for warmth and compression, especially due to past knee issues. He also incorporates unilateral movements like Single Leg Romanian Deadlifts for balance and longevity. However, the bodybuilder avoids leg presses due to hip discomfort, preferring hack squats and pendulum squats for quad development.
