One crucial piece of advice from the 50-year-old is to ease into your new diet gradually. “You can slowly, like I said, break into a specific diet. You don’t have to go all in,” he explains. Moreover, the former Arnold Classic champ also revealed a strategy plan that will help you in your longevity. “You know, eat the portion at meals. Jay Cutler’s food revelation might shock you

In an old revelation video, Cutler explained his unique approach toward food. Unlike many bodybuilders, he never found joy in eating.  Cutler candidly admitted, “I’ll tell you the most disappointing part about what I did for a living. I don’t enjoy food to this day.” He revealed that he disliked certain foods like steak, which is often essential in a bodybuilder’s diet. Instead, he preferred sushi.

His disciplined approach during his competitive years meant eating six or seven times a day, which took away the joy of eating. During his peak, he consumed a whopping 1000 grams of carbs and three to four thousand grams of protein per day. This intense diet helped him build his massive physique but caused him to lose interest in indulgence.
