In a post on his official Instagram account, Zane shared some efficient fat-burning techniques. He revealed how aerobics is beneficial for one’s health, along with the right timing to perform aerobics for optimal results.

Zane captioned the post, “Efficient Fat Burning.” Through the post, the three-time Mr. Olympia winner explained,” Aerobics performed at the right times and in the right amounts allow the body to burn its own fat for energy.” Furthermore, he explained what the right time to engage in aerobics was.

According to Zane, there are several timing slots to perform aerobic activities. Before your first meal of the day is the first time to have your aerobics workout. On training days, you can perform aerobic activities after you’re done with your workouts as it is the best time to burn your fat as your blood sugar level will be lower during this period.

After an hour of weight training, the pump burns the blood sugar in your body. So when you perform your aerobics training, there is only fat left to burn, which leads to optimal results. This is not the first time the Chemist has talked about aerobics. In his previous post, he talked about how he includes aerobics in his workout plan as well.

In a previous post, Zane highlighted how he still performs aerobics for at least two hours every week. He wrote, “I try to get one to two hours of total aerobic time every week from riding a stationary bike and walking. Balancing aerobics with weight training is essential for good overall results combining strength and endurance.”

However, he advised bodybuilders and fitness enthusiasts to maintain a balance between weight training and aerobics for splendid results by combining strength with endurance. Zane illustrated the fact that aerobics can help bodybuilders achieve muscle definition with a slight warning. “Too much aerobic activity will increase definition but will not enhance overall muscle growth,” he said.
