The 49-year-old bodybuilder emphasizes that this alternative method offers an outstanding stretch and specifically targets the triceps’ inner heads. “Number one tricep builder is the French press, now you see everyone do these with the standard bar most importantly a Cambered bar, I’m actually going to show this exercise using dumbbells.”

The former IFBB pro highlights that performing the French Press with two dumbbells, instead of a standard barbell or Cambered bar, can lead to impressive outcomes. By using both dumbbells at the same time, those without access to the usual equipment can still reap the benefits of this workout.
