Ever since he announced the Wahlberg week to save his dying fitness franchise F45, Mark Wahlberg looks as if he is on a bodybuilding and fitness crusade. Taking a break from his rigorous daily routine, Wahlberg went to see an NHL game recently. What he expected to be a pleasant experience quickly turned into a sour one for all the hate he received during it. Wahlberg, whose supporting team ended up on the losing side, faced the wrath of fans from the other side. However, back in his gym, where he is most comfortable, Wahlberg dismissed his haters and got back to working out.

Mark Wahlberg recently took to his Instagram to explain how he got into a barrage of hate at the Vegas Golden Knights Vs. Dallas Stars game recently. Quickly putting those aside, almost in an uncaring manner, Wahlberg got to training again at 5 in the morning.

He said in the clip, “Last night I went to the Las Vegas Knights game. I’ve been getting a lot of sh*t from a lot of people. Now first and foremost, I love the Knights, but I am a Bruins fan, but I also love the Stars. But my favorite hockey player in the NHL is my nephew Max Domi. Okay? Don’t get it twisted”. He was simply asking his haters to relax about being violently loyal to their team.

Mark Wahlberg continued, “At the end of the day, what I am really looking for… finish this workout strong… It’s 5 am. I don’t need all this type of sh*t, I got enough sh*t. Alright, I want everybody to win, everybody to be happy”. He put the matter to rest and got back to doing what he loves the most, working out.

In the game, Vegas Golden Knights beat Dallas Stars 3-2 at the NHL conference finals. However, Wahlberg, a Boston boy, is actually a fan of the local club Boston Bruins, who weren’t playing last night. But his nephew Max Domi was playing for the Stars, and thus his support for the Dallas-based team.

Despite facing such hate, Wahlberg maintained a positive outlook toward his life and routine.
