He set the benchmark of the mass monster era with his pumped-up muscles and his physique that sent chills to the audience and judges. The G.O.A.T of bodybuilding has inspired countless individuals through his eternal spirit. From 1998 to 2005 he ruled the Olympia stage, lifting the Sandow trophy eight times. However, a herniated disc cost him his life after retirement, but couldn’t take that zealous essence he possessed.

Recently, Ronnie Coleman posted a YouTube video on his own channel, wherein he took a trip to Korea when he was competing. Thus, the 59-YO retired bodybuilder was reacting by looking at his own video.

Taking a trip down memory lane, Ronnie Coleman is enjoying his post-retirement life by looking at old videos. When Coleman reached Korea, he was surrounded by fans, who went crazy when they saw the king in person. Moreover, the crowd was in a frenzy, and they were shouting something in Korean. As Ronnie quoted while watching the video, “I had a lot of fun over there because they did have some real good food, real good gym, most importantly of all actually this is when I was still winning the Olympia.”

Moreover, Ronnie goes on to comment in the entire video saying, “A lot of people were pretty freaked out and I had no idea what they were saying. I just hope they won’t say anything bad. If only I could understand what they were saying.”

When Coleman reached his room he took his lightweight vitamins, saying, “You can see the lightweight vitamin selection that I took everywhere I went never home without them.” He also found his old police badge.
Then the 8x Mr. Olympia was taken to a room full of bathtubs, and while it was getting filmed, he said, “I don’t think I was real crazy about the idea. In a bathtub with a bunch of guys. They say this is a Korean culture.” While one person was rubbing Coleman’s neck with a towel. Moreover, he was laughing while watching the video when he was signing the towels.
