Five-time Mr. Olympia, Chris Bumstead, has once again left fans in awe after his intense training regimen. Recently, CBum shared a whirlwind update on Instagram, leaving followers both impressed and curious about his next steps.

Through the post, Bumstead gave a glimpse of his rigorous leg day session, which included a jaw-dropping 900 lbs hip squat. Fans were amazed by his strength and dedication.

In the video, the five-time Mr. Olympia winner discussed his appearance at Pittsburgh Pro, and he was reminded that it wasn’t for guest posing, instead, he was invited to motivate and share his journey with others. According to the bodybuilder, he surprisingly enjoyed talking about childbirth as well. Bumstead is now gearing up for a trip to Mexico for a stem cell treatment to boost his longevity and performance.

Before heading out, Cbum is diving into a grueling leg workout, aiming for even better results than his last session. He admits, “I’m going to train probably for like seven days in a row right now for a reason that’s not smart,” acknowledging the strain on his body but pushing through to fit in leg, chest, and back sessions before his treatment.

Despite sore hamstrings, Bumstead is determined to maximize his training. His leg routine includes 30 reps with 900 lbs on the hip belt squat machine, followed by hack squats with almost 250 lbs for 8 reps. He then moves to leg presses at 450 lbs, performing 19 reps with a few seconds of breaks in between. Next, he tackles leg extensions, completing three sets of 35 reps, and follows up with the adduction inner thigh machine for 29 reps in two sets. To finish, he does calf raises, stating, “It’s heavy as f**k but it feels good.”

Post-workout, Bumstead fuels up with a protein shake and a meal of chicken tenders and potatoes, which he describes as “absolutely fire.” Looking ahead, he’s excited about a new Raw Nutrition drop and a major event featuring a meet-and-greet with fans, where they might also get to meet his newborn daughter, Bradley. Despite all the new and exciting updates, what caught the attention of fans was his intense hip squats.
