“Greatest Athletes Have Done This” to Progress in the Gym, Says Mike O’Hearn

The four-time Mr. Universe Mike O’Hearn, aka the Titan, has dominated the bodybuilding industry for a long time. Known for the valuable advice he provides on his YouTube, many fitness enthusiasts eagerly wait for O’Hearn’s videos to drop to see what new tips he has to offer. 

In the recent video uploaded on the former Mr. California’s YouTube channel, he shared his favorite program that will transform one’s entire body. According to the Titan, the program will cover all aspects of your training regime. But what does it actually entail?

O’Hearn vouches for the 30-day blitz

The former powerlifter shared details of a 30-day blitz program in the video. According to O’Hearn, prominent figures from sports all over the world follow the 30-day blitz. The former Mr. California gave an example of some NFL legends, MMA fighters, and basketball players saying, “The greatest athletes have done this, and it changes, and it gets you in great shape.”

The 30-day blitz is a program that focuses on your all-over body not only in the gym but out of the gym as well. O’Hearn’s program includes high-intensity workouts and heavy-weight training. The former Mr. California commented on the incorrect way of doing training and said, “If done incorrectly will put mileage on your joints and ligaments will put mileage on your body, it will deteriorate your body if done incorrectly.” 

The former Mr. California also touched upon how many people were training incorrectly, according to him. O’Hearn stated, “What’s incorrectly? well, let me start without the gym because most of you guys aren’t training correctly.” He continued, “Right now, jump outside of the gym if you’re not feeding the body so it recovers if you’re not sleeping well enough so you recovered, so if you’re not mentally strong as you’re doing this stuff so you recover can go back in and fuel the body correctly and feed the muscles. Then what happens, you deteriorate.”

This is not the first time the Titan has talked about the 30-day blitz program. Earlier, in a Q&A video on his channel, he shared how his course helps you lose weight. 

The 30-day Blitz is not for everyone

Upon being asked a question about the relationship between fasting and the highly demanding Blitz program, the Titan responded, “In the Blitz, I incorporate the most intense tricks. If you guys wanna try the 30-Day Blitz, I recommend not doing it. It is going to make you incredibly superhero-ish, but it’s tough.

The former Mr. California shed light on the fact that the 30-day Blitz program requires a lot of effort. The program is full of high-intensity exercises to maximize fat loss and a strict diet plan to follow for effective results. There are two fasting days in the program and a set of exercises for each day. The program comes with a meal layout for each day to make one lose fat faster.
