The 4x-time classic champ is killing in the gym with his intense workout sessions for the 2023 Mr. Olympia, which is scheduled in early November. This year’s competition is challenging because of the changes made by IFBB in the classic division, making it even more thrilling. According to the new rules, competitors in all height divisions will have an added advantage of 10 to 7 pounds.

Furthermore, they made this decision to spread equality and fair game in the Men’s Classic Physique Division. Height classes 6’1 to 6’2 can put on 10 lbs, while middle and other ranges can bulk up to 7/8 lbs. These changes have given the chance to Cbum’s competitors to give the tough competition this year.

However, Cbum is really confident about himself winning and that this change of rules didn’t bother him and he’s been putting in the hard work. The King of Aesthetics is continuously showing off his progress and gearing up for the upcoming event.
