Apart from being a bodybuilder, the seven-time Mr. Olympia Phil Heath is also a motivational speaker. Heath has often said that in the past, he was someone who used to suppress his pain like a soldier and train like a maniac to be the best out there. While this did help him win titles, his mental health did take a toll.

Heath emphasized the belief that the right person can transform your life completely and said, “I was married once before, and it was just not the same; clearly, I mean, people could see; I mean, people have told me they’re like dude, like, it’s completely changed your life, and I’m like. Like Heath vouches for, opening up to your partner, friend, or family can make a big difference. Instead of suppressing your issues like the former pro bodybuilder, do share them with anyone you like and take proper care of your mental health.
