Lee Haney talks about Phil Heath’s journey

Muscle Mind Media shared a video on their YouTube channel where Lee Haney shares his thoughts on Phil Heath’s bodybuilding journey. In the video, he said “As you look at Phil’s background man. He was a basketball God. Do you have to go from basketball to bodybuilding? Phil did that and again, it all has to do with heart and desire and determination.”

“He took what wasn’t supposed to be and turned it into something incredible enough to win the greatest bodybuilding title in the world consecutive times seven times. That’s incredible.” Haney noted, highlighting the remarkable feat of winning the Mr. Olympia title seven times in a row. Haney also acknowledged Phil Heath’s dedication to developing his physique, particularly his shoulders. He said, “Phil wasn’t blessed with the broad shoulders like myself.”

He further added, “He had to shape his shoulders capacity and the physique in such a way that what was missing he was able to develop he is an incredible architect and the way he was able to do that and also so to display it, he was absolutely incredible.” Earlier, Phil Heath shared a really amazing story about his friend. He shared an inspiring about his friend, a renowned basketball coach who overcame challenges. This coach doesn’t just work on players’ physical fitness but also helps them with the right mindset for success.

The seven-time Mr. Olympia, Phil Heath, shared a story on his Instagram to give a shout-out to his friends. He said, “Just in time to see one of the greatest human beings I know, and that is Tim Grover…” Talking about his other friend he added, “Shout out to Shari Wenk, talk about cleaners, that’s who she is.”

When Phil Heath was talking about amazing people, he said that Grover appeared on Fallon’s show and called him a winner and a legend. He also said nice things about Wenk and their work. Phil Heath expressed his love for both his friends and encouraged everyone to check out their new book. Shari Wenk had most recently co-authored the book “W1nning; The Unforgiving Race to Greatness,” with Tim Grover.
