Over the years, many bodybuilders have tried to emulate Arnold Schwarzenegger. However, only a few have stood out because building a physique like the seven-time Mr. Olympia is no easy task. But recently, it seems the internet might have found the perfect physical copy of the bodybuilding legend. On May 27, YouTuber Tomigains uploaded a video of a bodybuilder he came across. “First I was like… ‘Am I watching some remade clip in high quality?’ because this is like, Arnold back in the 80s,” said the YouTuber.

Bodybuilder Calum Von Moger became famous due to his resemblance with the former Mr. Universe. Besides having a similar physique, Moger also looks like a young Arnie. The bodybuilder in Tomigains’s video might not look like Arnie, but his physical resemblance might be even more striking.

The genetic twin of Arnold Schwarzenegger?

Genetics plays a massive role in bodybuilding, and the Austrian Oak had some of the finest upper body genetics in bodybuilding history. Even today, bodybuilding legends like Ronnie Coleman believe Schwarzenegger had the best chest and biceps because of his insane training and incredible genetics. What makes the man in the video so strikingly similar to the five-time Mr. Universe is his similar body structure.

Tomigains found his structure so similar to Arnie’s that he said, “Bro looks like Arnold’s son more than the actual Arnold’s Son.” He also noted the similar pecs and biceps but didn’t think the bodybuilder could match the former Mr. Olympia. The fitness YouTuber asked his subscribers if they saw the similarities, and hundreds of people commented.

Fans couldn’t deny the insane resemblance

The bodybuilder’s physique sent fans into disbelief. “From the back I was certain it’s Arnold! Literally identical. His bicep peak is also almost identical. Crazy,” wrote one fan. “Biceps, waist, back, legs, is 100% identical to Arnold. It’s nu*s,” commented a second. “Holy s**t.. he looks like a clone with a slightly different face. how is this possible? the chest, biceps peak.. perfect pose copy.. insane!” stated a fan in disbelief.

One user was convinced that a different version of Schwarzenegger had time traveled to the present, like in The Terminator (1984). “As an Austrian, I can confirm, this is a time glitch. The hair, the jawline, the back, the chest, the arms, the waist, the legs. It’s Arnold,” he wrote. One fan even saw the man’s potential as a Classic Physique competitor. “This guy has the genetics to compete in classic physique for sure,” he wrote.
