Hollywood Fitness Divo, who is a famous actor, is known for something other than his on-screen talent–his incredibly early morning gym routine. Even at the age of 52, Mark Wahlberg sticks to a strict daily routine. He starts his day quite early, and his routine used to be even tougher.

He gets up at 3:30 a.m. After his morning prayers and taking some supplements like turmeric, vitamins D and C, and a protein shake, he heads to the gym at 4 a.m. There, he works out for 90 minutes to keep his impressive six-pack in great shape.

Mark Wahlberg’s not-so-complicated routine

Mark Wahlberg’s early morning routine has made headlines. But it’s not as complicated as it may seem. In his own words, he says, “When I kind of talked about my schedule at that point in time, it got a little blown out of proportion and people didn’t know how to interpret it. … People thought I was taking an hour and a half long shower,” he says, referring to the daily schedule he shared on Instagram in 2018. Mark Wahlberg has been through some tough times because he pushed himself too hard in the past. “I had injuries, gut issues from pushing too hard.”

Mark Wahlberg feels a lot of pressure when gets a role

He feels a lot of pressure when he gets a role in a movie. He often has to change his body, either by gaining or losing weight. “I always feel an immense amount of pressure when somebody takes a risk on me and says, ‘OK, I want to have you starring in this film. And you know, you’re supposed to show up like this,” he explains. “Whether it’s putting on weight, losing weight, whatever it is, I have to deliver. I have to be prepared, I have to bring something to the table and I take that very, very seriously.” he says. Fans really like that Mark Wahlberg works out very early in the morning. But now he knows that this habit isn’t good for him. He talked about it on a podcast called Pardon My Take.
