Flex Lewis opens up about his bodybuilding career

In the latest podcast of Straight Outta Lair, where he recently appeared as a guest on his 40th birthday, Flex Lewis opened up about his professional journey in the bodybuilding sphere. He came from a very humble background and made a name for himself in the field. He also went on to talk about how some athletes have this necessity to constantly keep reminding their followers, who are already crazy about them, how good they are.

However, according to him, just knowing you’re good enough does the task. From his own experience, Lewis adds, “But if you know you’re good, you don’t have to and in my case, I turned up every single year in absolute peeled condition because I worked, I suffered in silence.”
