IFBB Pro Narrates the Story of a Skinny Boy Who Turned Into the “God of Aesthetics” After Being Bullied

Greg Doucette, an esteemed Guinness World Record holder, and IFBB bodybuilder goes on air on YouTube rattling about late bodybuilder Aziz Shavershian a.k.a Zyzz. Doucette is an avowed YouTube personality who has dead lifted 9130 kgs in one minute and has tussled in over 60 powerlifting stakes to date. The 47-year-old Canadian bodybuilder has decades of experience locking horns in strength sports. Being an author and fitness influencer, he posts clips elucidating the physiques, and journey of scores of fitness enthusiasts and bodybuilders. 

The Canadian YouTube personality traces the journey of Zyzz, being bullied as a skinny boy who later transformed himself into “the god of aesthetics.” Zyzz was a poster boy who later made the girls swoon by flaring his washboard abs.

Greg Doucette posted a YouTube short stating about a late bodybuilder, saying, “Before the talk, before the grand, before YouTube got popular, there was Zyzz…he started everything…he was the god of aesthetics,” says the Canadian bodybuilder, and fitness influencer, floating Zyzz as one of the unexcelled bodybuilders of all time. He goes on to comment, “he was a smart kid, the nerdy type, skinny, oftentimes getting bullied.” Zyzz set the ball rolling by bluntly tying self-empowerment to masculine success. 

Instead of being an extravagant by-product of weightlifting,  Aziz Shavershian eulogized the probity of being aesthetic, embracing a body that can be universally attractive to the cohorts. As Zyzz situate, the whole purpose of developing his physique and narrowing down his body fat percentage, wasn’t merely to become vigorous.

The Russian-Australian bodybuilder avers, “I started going clubbing every weekend and always noticed whenever a jacked dude walked by, they had a presence a lot greater than that of a ‘normal’ person. The guys respect them, and the girls are all over them, and really, who wouldn’t want that?” Greg Shavershian utters Zyzz getting bullied in his teenage years stating that he decided to hit the gym not because of personal gains or to amass world records.

Zyzz’s ace was his triumph as an eminent bodybuilder

To some of his followers, Zyzz was on a holiday in Bangkok when he had a heart attack. While others lionized him for his transformation into a fitness freak from a “skinny teenage age boy with no meat on his bones.”

The 47-YO bodybuilder honored Zyzz. More than a decade following his tragic death, Aziz Shavershian is being acclaimed and looked up to by young and novice bodybuilders to date, as a cult hero on the web.
