“Not a Single Flaw”: 67-Year-Old Bodybuilding Veteran’s Prime Physique Leaves Fans Astounded
Despite not being the biggest guy in the gym, Bumstead has dominated the bodybuilding world by winning four Olympia titles. By focusing on the blessings in his life, he maintains a positive mindset that allows him to push through challenges and setbacks. The 4x Mr. Olympia champion once opened up about an incident that happened just before the 2022 Mr. Olympia, which affected his morale. In a podcast, CBum revealed that he had been suffering from pain in his biceps for quite a long time, but on the day of the competition, he found out that he had torn his biceps. The news came as a shock to him and crushed his confidence to get on the stage.
However, he revealed that it was his coach Hany Rambod that came to the rescue and gave him a push start. Hany said to Bumstead, “What the f**k is wrong with you man. Smile up there, relax, you are the champ, walk as you own it.”. Coach’s words were enough to motivate the beast as he went on the stage and dominated the event with his exceptional physique and breathtaking performance.
