And the legendary bodybuilder Arnold Schwarzenegger is going through the same phase, as his son Joseph Baena has been making a name for himself in the entertainment and fitness community. The 25-year-old often stays in the limelight due to his striking resemblance to his father and impressive physique. However, the son of the bodybuilding icon recently came across a unique question comparing their strengths. 

Baena recently appeared for an interview on the 7 News channel. He discussed various aspects of his relationship with his father. However, the highlight of the interview was when the question about their arm wrestling came up. 

Joseph Baena vs Arnold Schwarzenegger, who’s better?

During the interview with ‘The Morning Show,‘ the interviewer seized the opportunity to ask Joseph Baena about the intriguing topic of arm wrestling with his father. The interviewer wanted to ask whether Baena had ever been able to defeat his father in an arm wrestling contest. Joseph’s response was honest and surprising. 

He revealed that, despite their shared passion for fitness and physical prowess, they had never engaged in an arm wrestling competition. However, he added that they both Test each other’s mindful skills in the chess game. “You know we haven’t tried it out just yet. What we do complete is chess“, he told the interviewer.

The 25-year-old admitted that his father dominated the chessboard, as, so far, he has only been able to beat him once. “So far I have only been able to beat him once out of who knows how many games we have played,”  he said. “It’s not a good record so far,” he added. However, this is not the first time Arnold Schwarzenegger’s expertise in the chess game has been highlighted by his family members.

Just like Baena, Schwarzenegger’s son-in-law Chris Pratt Has also spoken about Arnold’s chess prowess. In a candid interview on ‘The Late-Night Show With Seth Meyers,’ Chris Pratt shared intriguing insights about their intense chess battles. “He’s incredible. He’s really good,” Pratt said in the interview. 

He humbly admitted that, despite his best efforts, he was always outplayed by the chess prowess of his father-in-law. Overall the instances highlight that Arnold Schwarzenegger is not only an expert in physical activities but also has incredible skills in mindful games. It looks like chess is more of a family bonding activity than a mere board game to him.
