“Jacked Version of Post Malone”: Chris Bumstead’s Leg Workout Snippets Mesmerize Bodybuilding World

The reigning champion of the Classic Physique Chris Bumstead, never fails to impress his fans. Earlier this month, Bumstead compared himself to Glenn Quagmire, the famous character from Family Guy. But this time his fans have someone else in mind they think CBum has similarities with.

As the Mr. Olympia competition approaches, Bumstead has started spending more and more time in the gym. He recently shared a series of images from his leg workout on Instagram. The five-time Mr. Olympia is looking more jacked than ever, and his fans have compared him with the American rapper Post Malone.

In the pictures, Bumstead was seen in his home gym, hitting various exercises for his legs. The first picture showcased a belt around his waist and hinted at him getting ready for belted squats. CBum posted the images of him performing the belted squats in the end, and the striations on his calves were on a whole different level.

The five-time Mr. Olympia kept his leg workout simple and did a few exercises known to everyone. He did a set of leg presses, followed by a set of leg extensions. The king of the Classic Physique even did a set of hip abductors and then rested for a while before completing his leg day workout. 

Despite showcasing the leg day, it was not his legs that were the center of attraction. His arms sure stole the spotlight. Bumstead’s arms fascinated everyone with their enormous size and vascularity. Most fans noticed this and even compared him to a six-time Mr. Olympia in the comments.

A fan found a glimpse of the Shadow in Bumstead

A bodybuilding enthusiast commented on the first picture where Bumsted was seen getting ready for the belted squats and wrote, “That first picture is some old school Dorin Yates style.” Another fan of the king of Classic Physique compared him to the famous American singer and rapper commenting, “Bros the jacked version of post Malone.” An Instagram user made a hilarious comment on CBum’s hairline and wrote, “Hairline PR.“

One bodybuilding fan predicted the results of the next Mr. Olympia and wrote, “And stillllll……. Classic physique Mr. Olympia champion Chris Bumstead.” Another enthusiast made a funny remark on Bumstead’s retirement plan and wrote, “Wasn’t he going to retire?? It’s bigger than before.” An Instagram user perfectly framed his words and commented, “If this was anyone else, I’d have said it’s photoshop.“
