In the first two pictures, Sulek is seen flexing his back and the transformation, indeed, is breathtaking and unnatural. As he goes ahead on the third picture, he posts a photo of the source of protein displaying the lactose-free milk that he consumes to stay fit and finally for the last picture; he shares a screenshot of his username from one of his favorite games, the Clash of Clans.
