Ray is not all about going to the gym and working out; he tries to set an example for proper behavior in the gym. Even after his retirement, he still inspires people worldwide, showcasing to everyone the importance of respecting gym equipment and keeping the place clean.
He emphasized that professional bodybuilders should set a good example. Acting as an inspiring figure for everyone around them. He said,” Lead by example,“ highlighting the importance of their actions in the gym. Ray then explained that he is welcomed in almost every gym because of the gym etiquette he possesses, and he referred to this as his privilege.

Continuing further, he said,” I don’t take for granted the privilege.” He mentioned that this is why he can train in many gyms without even paying a penny. Ray highlighted that many pro bodybuilders do not realize the fact that others in the gym learn from them. If they leave all the weights lying around, they’re going to do the same thing, making the gym a mess.
He pointed out that if they don’t act responsibly in the gym, setting a bad example, it all comes down to them, and they are responsible for this. Lastly, Ray mentioned, “I take pride in the fact that I respect the gym.” This attitude allows him to enter any gym with respect. However, Ray is not the only one with such admirable thoughts.
