Arnold Schwarzenegger explained that settling for less is often a hindrance. It’s “between taking your dream vacation to Hawaii and landing in Guam. They?re both islands in the Pacific; they both have nice weather; they both use the dollar; but only one of them has a Four Seasons,” said the bodybuilding icon. Asked the 76-year-old. “This life isn?t a dress rehearsal; it?s not a practice or a training session; it?s the real thing,”?Arnie wrote in Be Useful: Seven Tools for Life.?

The Austrian Oak learned it all from sports

Besides learning to chase his vision, Arnold Schwarzenegger learned most of his life lessons from sports and sportspeople. Most of Arnie’s mentors, like Kurt Marnul, Joe Weider, Vince Girnoda, Reg Park, Bill Pearl, and others, were bodybuilding legends. While appearing on the Rich Roll podcast, Arnie recalled a lesson he learned from Vince Gironda.
