The bodybuilding community can be ruthless. It most certainly always puts lots of pressure on its peers. The desperate urgency to get to the top without having the capacity to withhold the intense workout phase can be concerning. Bodybuilders go through a certain physical and mental state that has never proved to be healthy. It’s around this time when they start looking for a shortcut, something that would help them achieve what usually takes years-long dedication.
