There are just six weeks left for the competition that holds the key to the qualification of Mr. Olympia. Every athlete is giving it his all to prepare for the show and solidify their spot in the Olympia. Among these athletes, Nick Walker, aka the Mutant, will also be participating in the New York Pro 2024, scheduled to be held in May.

This is the first time Walker would be getting on stage after a hamstring injury cut his Olympia dream short in 2023. As the bodybuilder continues his prep for the competition, his recent physique update points to a return that most bodybuilding fans are waiting for.

The Mutant’s update from six weeks out

Walker recently posted a picture on his Instagram account giving a physique update showcasing how his conditioning and muscle definitions were to the point. His massive shoulders and biceps, along with those gigantic forearms, ensured that his body looked as symmetrical as possible.

Walker’s chest had the separation lines easily visible with his abs complementing his behemoth physique well. The Mutant’s quads and calves were well-trained and spot-on. Walker’s small waist perfectly gave an exquisite touch to his widely spread lats, making them look like his wings.

A former New York Pro winner, Walker seems all set to lift the trophy again. That being said, after getting a glimpse of his exceptional physique, fans expect to see him on the Olympia stage as well. Some even cautioned other Mr. Olympia contenders as well.

Are the Mr. Olympia competitors ready for Walker?

One fan commented on the Mutant’s physique and wrote, “Bro has left humanity behind, looking huge!” Another gave an indication of Walker being a tough competitor at the upcoming Mr. Olympia, commenting, “One big problem for everyone in Vegas Where is Nick sir I am looking future mr Olympia.” An Instagram user noticed the improvements in his physique from his last appearance on stage and commented, “The improvements from that NY pro to this one are insane.”

An admirer praised the Mutant’s training and dedication, commenting, “Dude will be ready to smash everyone 5 weeks out lol. Nick is looking wild.” While another predicted that Walker’s comeback would be pathbreaking and wrote, “Craaaaazy Will be THE Comeback !” A devotee of Walker gave a straight-up warning to the current Mr. Olympia champion, commenting, “Game over Derek.”
