Famous fitness influencer Jesse James West is a well-known persona in the bodybuilding circuit. Although the young Youtuber performed well in the NPC New Jersey 2022 Men’s Classic Physique division, West was not well prepared. Now, the 23-year-old is determined to make a mark in competitive bodybuilding sports.

To achieve this goal, he is training hard to perform well in the upcoming competition. He is even sharing his journey with followers through the weekly Prep Series. A few hours ago, West posted the 5th episode on his social media that touches upon various aspects of training.

Jesse James West aka Jazz dropped the 5th episode of his widely popular weekly YouTube Prep series. With only seven days left for the showdown, Jazz is dealing with some tough questions on social media. Many people believe the influencer is taking steroids despite claiming to be a natural bodybuilder. To shut down the naysayers, he captioned his video, “The Internet Says I Take Steroids, So I Got Tested.” While some part of the video deals with whether Jess is “natty or not, ” other parts give a detailed account of his diet, training, and recovery method.

Living on multiple high-protein meals a day devoid of condiments, Jazz has moments of epiphany. Furthermore, on his weekly day off, the bodybuilding newcomer shared insights into champion mentality while sweating in a sauna. West highlights that he would miss days like these when he gets to chill in a sauna for his recovery. He also said,”……. it’s also moments like this that I’m grateful that I worked this hard to get here. I put in eight weeks of just grueling pain for this moment this weekend that’s leading up at show day.”

West gives an honest take on the rigorous process of training one’s body for a few minutes of fame on the stage. He confesses that the grueling journey involves a tremendous rigor that transforms an individual from both within and outside. The young influencer further adds, “It’s a lot of pain for one day of reward, but what that teaches you is so much mental discipline and so much more about yourself and how much you can take ….” Recently, the self-proclaimed son of Ronnie Coleman also worked out with the King in the famous Metroflex gym.

Leaving no stone unturned for the competition, West and Ronnie Coleman worked out together to the surprise and pleasure of fans. The duo wore matching gym clothes that read, “Like father like son.” The King and the fitness icon did some heavy lifting with barbells and also posed under perfect gym lighting.

The Instagram post garnered attention because of Coleman’s ripped physique. Although eight times Mr. Olympia goes through immense pain and even needs assistance to move around, his physique looks jacked like West’s. Fans, unable to keep calm, showered the 59-year-old with compliments. Some appreciated his genetics, while others said he looked bigger than the young influencer.
