And the 54-year-old bodybuilder has recently divulged his highly sought-after secret method for losing fat in a Q&A video on his YouTube channel. 

The method, known as the “30-Day Blitz,” promises to transform individuals into superhuman versions of themselves, but O’Hearn warns that it is not for the faint of heart.

In the video uploaded, a devoted 27-year-old fan inquired about the relationship between the Blitz and fasting. The super-jacked O’Hearn responded, stating, “In the Blitz, I incorporate the most intense tricks. If you guys wanna try the 30-Day Blitz, I recommend not doing it. It is going to make you incredibly superhero-ish, but it’s tough.”

‘The Titan’ explained the core principles behind the Blitz, highlighting the incorporation of intense techniques to maximize fat loss. He advised viewers to exercise caution before attempting the program, emphasizing its demanding nature while acknowledging its potential to yield incredible results. Comparing the Blitz to an all-out effort in football, where every player goes all-in at 100% intensity, the 4x Mr. Universe stressed that the 30-day Blitz is a comprehensive attack on fat. During the Blitz, the Titan strategically uses fasting as a tactic to activate the body’s fat-burning capabilities.

“We destroy the fat and fasting is used in an intellectual way during the process of right calories, intake the right protein, and right amount of exercise to incorporate it and use it in its full capability,” said O’HearnHe further talked about the mental strength needed for the challenge.

Mental strength and determination required for the Blitz

The fitness guru stressed the importance of employing fasting within a well-balanced approach, ensuring the right calorie intake, adequate protein consumption, and appropriate exercise regimen to fully maximize its potential. The former IFBB advises only to undertake the Blitz for a maximum of 30 days.

While O’Hearn highlighted the effectiveness of the Blitz, he cautioned against attempting the program without due consideration. The fitness model emphasizes not to underestimate the intense mental strength required to finish the demanding 30-day routine. Only individuals with a powerful determination to achieve their ultimate potential and have the mental toughness to withstand the difficult process should attempt the Blitz.

“Unless your desire is to be the ultimate best and, I’m mentally strong enough to do this, then the Blitz is for you,” O’Hearn advised.
